Services & Digital Products

Beyond Creative AI provides AI automation consulting, custom AI implementation, software workflows, and digital educational resources. Access to purchased digital products, workflow files, and client portals is granted on an individual, non-transferable basis upon verified payment.

Payments via Stripe

All transactions are securely handled through Stripe, an industry-leading, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store or directly access your credit card numbers or banking credentials. By initiating a purchase or subscription, you authorize Stripe to process scheduled billings and applicable taxes in accordance with your chosen service agreement.

Refunds per Specific Offer

Because our consulting sprints, custom AI workflows, and digital assets involve immediate delivery of proprietary intellectual property, refunds are governed strictly by the specific terms stated on your individual checkout page. Unless an explicit satisfaction guarantee is designated in writing on the product proposal, purchases remain non-refundable once proprietary assets or strategy sessions are delivered.

No Guaranteed Results

While our AI frameworks, automation workflows, and strategic blueprints are built upon tested industry best practices, your specific business outcomes, productivity gains, and revenue growth depend entirely on your execution, operational environment, and market conditions. We make no express or implied guarantees of financial performance or specific operational results.

Acceptable Use & Proprietary Rights

You agree to utilize our tools, workflow templates, and advisory services strictly for lawful business activities. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or publicly disseminate our proprietary training modules, code scripts, or prompt frameworks without explicit prior written authorization from Beyond Creative AI.
